Hello, I'm Sally Long and I run the Jo Jingles franchise
covering Bath and the surrounding area.
We have been running classes in the local area since 2003 and have an extensive range of classes in Bath, Chippenham and Keynsham. Have a look at our list of

Our aim is to provide pre-school children with a fun and stimulating
introduction to the world of music and learning. The most rewarding
aspect of running Jo Jingles classes is seeing the children grow
in confidence, develop listening and social skills, and gain basic
musical ability during their time with us.

Jo Jingles is the UK's leading pre-school music and movement club,
providing babies and toddlers a fun and creative introduction to music
through the use of songs, nursery rhymes, musical instruments, movement,
sound games and stories.

Each session, lasting for 45 minutes, is specially designed to take
into account the ability and attention span for each age group and
the structured classes often follow simple pre-school themes such
as animals, transport, colours, numbers, etc. We incorporate old favourites
and new songs along with a variety of interesting visual aids and
props to hold the children's attention. The props used in our classes
include a parachute and balls, scarves, streamers, feathers, bean
bags, soft toys, picture boards, pom-poms, bubble machine and many
more.

Activities are varied to include songs on the lap, movement songs
as well as instrument playing so that the children's attention is
always held. And the children will have "hands on" experience of at
least two percussion instruments per week, including drums, cymbals,
triangles, tambourines, claves, maracas, castanets, guiros and bells.

Customer Survey Results
I am very pleased that in our recent customer survey, overall satisfaction with our classes has improved over the last year, with customers rating the sessions an average of OVER 9 out of 10. Most liked the social aspect of the classes, the structured nature of the activities, the variety of songs, the interactivity, the wide range of props, playing the instruments and the fun element. 90% of customers thought that the mix of familiar and new songs was just right. |
