Hello, we’re Maggie and Louise - mother and daughter, and we run the Brentwood franchise of Jo Jingles, with Lisa our Billericay and Barleylands teacher. We all believe that Jo Jingles classes are a great, educational, FUN way to introduce children to music. They can start as young as six months and continue until they go to school, giving them a fantastic head start into the wonderful world of music. |
| Hi I'm Maggie I am a very experienced class teacher and have been teaching since 2000 having previously worked for the Chelmsford franchise before buying Brentwood with my daughter Louise in 2006. I have a very musical background having performed with a local amateur musical society for many years. I am also a qualified dance teacher. I love all the children and get rather attached to them. I’m always sad when they leave to go to school, but its great when they come back and see me at a class that their younger brother or sister is attending. |
| Hi, I’m Louise and run Jo Jingles Brentwood with my mum Maggie. I live locally with my husband and our three children. Rather than go back to my old job as a PA in the City, I felt I wanted to run a small business that fitted around my family, so when this opportunity arose it was just what I was looking for. I started taking my oldest son, Jack to classes and he attended for over three years before going to school and now both Isabel and Dylan attend too. I really enjoy the teaching and seeing a shy child blossom into a confident one, often only after a few weeks, is fantastic and very rewarding. I also love music, singing and dancing. |
| Hi, I’m Lisa, I live in Stock with my husband and three children. I have been a full time mum for some time now but always knew that when all of my children were at school I would like to go back to work. Like Louise, I did not want to return to working as a PA in the City but wanted something totally different that obviously allowed me to be there for my children during the school holidays. I have a very musical background, I belong to an Amateur Dramatic Society performing many lead roles and I also belong to a 4 part harmony group. I love singing and performing! Therefore, when the opportunity arose to join Jo Jingles I jumped at the chance. It is such a rewarding job and to see the children so happy makes me go home with a smile on my face! |
