My Background:
Since a young age, I have always enjoyed music and I have been playing cello since the age of 6 years. I belonged to my school orchestra and local choir and throughout my education participated in a variety of schools music festivals. My father plays violin and my 2 older sisters also play musical instruments at home (Violin and Piano) so my love of music started at an early age with my family.
Before my 2 little boys were born, now aged 12 and 11, I worked in retail management. My eldest son was born with special needs and it is incredible to see how music actually helps with his global development. His speech and listening skills, as well as physical co-ordination have really improved since Jo Jingles has come into his life. He remembers a lot of the words, actions and rhythm from the Jo Jingles music that we constantly play at home. I also believe music has a calming effect on his ever challenging behaviour at home as well. My youngest son is a member of the choir and both of my 2 boys enjoy singing at home. I truly believe the influence of music in the early years plays a major part in a child's overall development - physically, mentally, socially and emotionally as in my own case, this has all been demonstrated in my youngest sons excellent achievements in all areas both in school and outside school so far.

Jo Jingles gives me the flexibility to work around my family and I thoroughly enjoy what I am doing. Recently, i have also joined a community choir in my local village as i enjoy singing as well in my spare time.
Working with children is a very rewarding job and it is inspirational to see how much a child’s development improves when they attend Jo Jingles from babies to toddlers before starting full-time school.
