Hello, my name is Alison Wright and I run classes in Congleton, Holmes Chapel, Middlewich, Sandbach and Macclesfield. I have two children who both attended Jo Jingles classes from an early age and we all thoroughly enjoyed the classes - that was my introduction to Jo Jingles.
I am helped by Linda and Kate, both of whom attended classes with their children before running classes of their own.
We believe that Jo Jingles classes are the best way to introduce children to music in a fun yet educational way. Classes are structured but the emphasis is always on having fun and we find the children then learn much more quickly.

What is Jo Jingles?
Jo Jingles - the music class experience with the educational slant.
We use music and movement, singing and nursery rhymes to entertain and educate young children. Fun classes are available throughout the UK and Ireland for babies and young children. We also run sessions in Nurseries, Playgroups, Mother & Toddler Groups and Government-Funded Organisations.
Locally, Jo Jingles runs classes for children from babies to 7 years. The intention of the classes is to give children a fun introduction to music and singing through the use of various activities, such as songs, musical instrument playing, music and movement, sound games and rhythm games.
Classes are age specific and the content of each class is varied accordingly. Each class usually has a maximum of 15 children. Jo Jingles introduces children to a mixture of familiar and new songs, many of which are exclusive to our classes. In addition to being lots of fun, tapping drums and claves for example, helps develop the children's hand/eye co-ordination. As the children progress through the age groups themes are introduced which cover many pre-school topics, e.g. colours, shapes, animals and days of the week. Movement activities become a little more difficult and we practise our listening skills.
In our classes for older children Jo Jingles helps them to learn about orchestral instruments and we use these to great effect in our exciting stories. |
