Welcome to our site all about Jo Jingles in your area

Hello. We are Carol and Nick Bell and have been running Jo Jingles classes in the above areas for eleven years now.

Carol, a trained teacher, has always loved singing, music and working with children. Before starting up Jo Jingles classes she worked as a supervisor at a local playgroup and prior to that as an education welfare officer in London. She plays the flute, guitar and recorder as well as being a member of the Sycamore singers who put on public performances a couple of times a year at local venues.

Nick joined Carol helping to run her area in 2000 after having spent 20 years working for J Sainsbury at their Head Offices in London. He enjoyed it so much he bought his own area next to Carol's and now they run the businesses together with Nick handling the business side and Carol supporting their teachers and designing the programmes as well as teaching herself.

As well as Carol there are three other teachers, Maggie Evans, Diane Smith and Alison Fraser. Our main aim is for the children to have fun and enjoy music, we all as teachers certainly have fun teaching it!

Jo Jingles is the UK's leading provider of Music and Movement to children aged 6 months to 5 years with weekly classes all over the UK helping over 20,000 children every week learn about and enjoy music.

What our customers say about our Jo Jingles classes....

Both my children have absolutely adored Jo Jingles! Carol has a wonderful natural rapport with the children, who grow in confidence as they progress through the classes week by week. The songs and instruments are many and varied, with exciting new music mixing happily with more traditional old favourites. Above all, the classes are fun with a capital F and my son (now seven) still talks fondly about Jo Jingles and gives it a "double thumbs up"!
Sam

If I've ever seen anyone who's in the right job, it's Carol. It's obvious that she really has fun leading her classes. (And everyone else in the room has a good time, too!) My son and I will both miss Jo Jingles a lot now that he is starting school.

Jo Jingles has given my son a great start at enjoying listening to music, moving to music and making music, this will enrich the rest of his life.

My son is a very active boy but at Jo Jingles classes he has taken on board the discipline of having to do what others are doing, and having to listen and follow instructions. It helps that at the same time he is having a lot of fun!

For anyone considering whether or not to do classes, my advice is: Try it! You may find you have just as much fun as your child.
