Swine Flu – We recommend…..

Due to the publicity surrounding swine flu during the last year, Jo Jingles has put together some guidelines on preventing the spread of infection in Jo Jingles classes.

First and foremost, if you have any concerns about the health of yourself or your child, we advise you not to bring them to class. Although we are unable to offer refunds due to sickness we are happy to offer an alternative class, once your child is well enough to attend.

What about Snow, Snow , Snow!

From time to time adverse weather conditions may affect Jo Jingles classes so please always contact your local representative for an update. Please do always let you class teacher have a contact number for you in case of cancellation of classes.

We try not to ever close classes but sometimes, depending on where you are in the country if for example, there is heavy snow we may not have any option but to postpone classes and run a make-up session (subject to availability) at another time. Please do take care if you travel in the snow or adverse weather conditions to local classes.

The weather at the start of 2010 was exceptional but we managed to keep 99.5% of our classes open throughout the UK and Ireland.

Cancellation of Classes

Jo Jingles Limited reserves the right to cancel classes without refund in exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g. fire, flood, adverse weather conditions etc), but if possible we will run a "catch up" class at an alternative time.
