After very careful consideration I feel the time has come to spend more time with my children and family and thus I have sadly made the decision to sell my Jo Jingles franchise. I am very proud to have been the first Jo Jingles franchisee in Scotland and I’ve had a great time developing and establishing the classes.

You do not need any musical training but ideally should have a good singing voice, a musical background, and a genuine interest in music. You need to be bright, energetic, have endless patience, be well organised and have good presentation skills. Above all you need to relate to small children and take pride in being involved in the entertainment and education of pre-school children. A business/sales or marketing background is useful.

What is Jo Jingles?

Jo Jingles offers fun music, singing and movement classes for children aged 6 months -  5 years.  The company is now well established as the leading provider of structured and interactive music classes with an educational slant.

A little about me

After graduating from Strathclyde University with a BA in Marketing and Economics, I entered into the world of advertising, where I worked as a media buyer, then later as a sales executive.
Keen to start my own family and ensure that I could balance work and family life, I stumbled upon Jo Jingles whilst searching 'whichfranchise.com' for inspiration.  After visiting what then was my nearest franchise, in Lancaster, I decided to take the plunge and set up the first Jo Jingles franchise in Scotland.
Well, it's over five years on and I haven't looked back.  Jo Jingles allows me to combine my musical skills, my love of children, my business background and more importantly share my love of music with others including my own son and daughter who are both keen 'jinglers'.

At Jo Jingles' 2006 Summer Conference, Diane, pictured with Gill Thomas, Jo Jingles Managing Director, received her award in recognition of how effectively she has developed her business, built an impressive turnover and promoted her classes.
