"Big
Jo" came to visit every class that we run in South
Manchester, the children loved meeting "Big Jo" and had lots of
fun singing, doing action songs, popping bubbles, playing musical
instruments and during which time raised £286 For Francis House
and the Kirsty Appeal with a raffle.
"Big Jo" said "I had a fantastic week with all the children of South
Manchester, the party was fantastic, everyone joined in and had
fun, and raising money for Kirsty's Appeal is a bonus, it is a very
worthwhile charity"
This year Jo Jingles South Manchester had a teddy bears picnic to raise money for Children in Need, all teddys enjoyed their day at Jo Jingles and joined in all the songs. Other activities also raised money and the winners are below.

Dressing up as Jo
Here are a few of our contestants seeing if they can impersonate
Jo at the 2004's Children in Need fund-raising event.
South Manchester's Jo Jinglers raised over £600 for Children in
Need last year with the sales of "Wind the Bobbin up" and dressing
up as Jo. We hope to raise more with fun sessions organised to coincide
with Children in Need and the release of our new single including
"D.I.S.C.O" and "Jo Says". Nationally we would like to beat the
£30,000 raised in 2004.
