Adrian Bates – Walton Village Hall in Staffordshire with teacher Chris Cubbon
Just a note to say how much my daughter and I enjoy Jo Jingles.
As a full time working father from Monday to Friday, time at the weekends with my three year old daughter is very precious to me. The Saturday classes allow my daughter and I to have quality time together.
Well done Jingles keep up the weekend classes!

Kelly Burton – Frank Jordan Ctr Classes, Stone, Stafford
I work in a Private Day Nursery and we often go to Jo Jingles at the Frank Jordan Centre, Stone, Staffs. I am also a mother to 2 young children who also go to Jo Jingles. I think that the themes and props are brilliant and the songs are really catchy for the young children to learn. We have a few Jo Jingles CDs at our Nursery. A number of our nursery children are quite shy and normally hold back but during Jo Jingles they seem to come out of their shell which is lovely to see.
Christine is really good with the children. She gets them all to join in and also to help tidy away. I have booked her (and Jo!!) to come to my children’s birthday party at the beginning of May! |
Sarah Bayley - Walton Village Hall Classes
My 2 year old daughter and I have been attending Jo Jingles for a year and a half and it always brightens up our Monday mornings and gives us a positive start to the week and something to look forward to. However, the past few weeks have been different....... They have been amazing!
We have been following the story (book) of The Magic Train Ride and each week we have started off with a few train songs as we start our journey and each week we visit a new place; under the sea, outer space, the jungle... Our class teacher is at all times brilliant; enthusiastic, friendly, welcomes new people with open arms and gently guides them through their first few sessions. She runs her sessions with such ease grasping the children's attention and imagination as soon as they walk through the door as she always has new exciting and often unusual music playing as the children enter the room. She has the energy of a two year old and wears us mums out in one session - yet she does another 3 that very morning!
However, with this train ride theme she has excelled herself 100%. The resources she uses must cost her a fortune but the children gain so much from attending her classes, over the past couple of weeks we've had the usual instruments to play plus some new and exotic ones, we've had the parachute, lycra and a very large 'hot air' floating ball and to the children's complete delight we have had time to play with different fabrics (blue and swirly for the sail, metallic and shiny for space) as well as sea creature toys, rockets and planet toys etc. The children have had chance to freely explore the toys, instruments and textures around them whilst appropriate music has been played in the background. All of the mums, grandmas and children really seemed to get a great deal of enjoyment out of this time spent exploring together, such a simple idea yet so enlightening, giving a real sense of community as the children swapped toys and showed them to other children's mums etc. We always enjoy Jo Jingles but we have really enjoyed the past few weeks, a lot of planning, time, thought and energy has obviously gone into these themes and I just wanted to give you some positive feedback as all too often these days people forget to give praise for a job well done.
Chris deserves a huge pat on the back for all the hard work she does to make our Jo Jingles classes so wonderful, I recommend her classes to everyone I know who has small children.
