Helping you Recognise Swine Flu

What are the typical symptoms of Swine Flu?

  1. sudden fever (a high body temperature of 38 degrees centigrade/100 degrees fahrenheit or above), and
  2. sudden cough

Other symptoms may include:

  1. headache
  2. tiredness
  3. chills
  4. aching muscles
  5. limb or joint pain
  6. diarrhea or stomach upset
  7. sore throat
  8. runny nose
  9. sneezing
  10. loss of appetite

We are attempting to prevent the spread of germs in classes by:

  1. Providing hand gel at classes for use by parents and children
  2. Frequently cleaning all instruments & props with antibacterial wipes
  3. Maintaining the high standard of hygiene at our classes, this includes the regular washing and cleaning of all props and soft toys. If parents/carers prefer you are welcome to bring your own toys to class for your own child's use.

Please support us by:

  1. Using the hand gel on entry into classes
  2. Keeping a close eye on your child and discouraging them from sharing instruments or props with other children
  3. Discouraging your child from placing instruments or props in their mouth - if they do - please return these separately, as requested
