Helping you Recognise Swine Flu
What are the typical symptoms of Swine Flu?
- sudden fever (a high body temperature of 38 degrees centigrade/100 degrees fahrenheit or above), and
- sudden cough
Other symptoms may include:
- headache
- tiredness
- chills
- aching muscles
- limb or joint pain
- diarrhea or stomach upset
- sore throat
- runny nose
- sneezing
- loss of appetite
We are attempting to prevent the spread of germs in classes by:
- Providing hand gel at classes for use by parents and children
- Frequently cleaning all instruments & props with antibacterial wipes
- Maintaining the high standard of hygiene at our classes, this includes the regular washing and cleaning of all props and soft toys. If parents/carers prefer you are welcome to bring your own toys to class for your own child's use.
Please support us by:
- Using the hand gel on entry into classes
- Keeping a close eye on your child and discouraging them from sharing instruments or props with other children
- Discouraging your child from placing instruments or props in their mouth - if they do - please return these separately, as requested
