A love of music!

My son (22 months) had just finished his second term of Jo Jingles with Victoria Smith at Wallington Village Hall in Fareham and I cannot praise it enough. My son LOVES Friday mornings at Jo Jingles. He gets excited as soon as he wakes up and practically skips into class at 9.30! He obviously enjoys all the songs and instruments but I genuinely do not think he would be so enthusiastic about it were it not for Victoria. She is just fantastic. She has good 'old fashioned' manners and rules to teach the children and couples it with beautiful singing and endless positivity, enthusiasm and most importantly good humour and fun. I cannot thank her enough for what she has given my son - a love of music. He sits still and follows instructions, plays his instruments in the right places and sings along to the songs, he even reenacts these classes at home with his instruments and car journeys have never been so easy with Jo Jingles CD's!

Emily simply cannot wait to get the next instrument, pom pom or ribbon out to play and dance along to the next song with Charlotte (and Jo of course). She is a happy, energetic and confident toddler who loves to dance and sing and play musical instruments. And I credit Charlotte and her wonderful Jo Jingles classes for this. I really would recommend Jo Jingles classes to anyone who wants to see their child learn and experience through sounds and music AND enjoy themselves. Charlotte thinks of every detail. Lovely experience!

“I'm Niamh, mum to Rosie and Steve Gribbon, we attend the YMCA in Ashton in Makerfield every Wednesday morning. The class is taken by Fran, who my little girl adores! I just wanted to make a comment about the Children in Need week we recently had in which all the children were asked to dress up as bugs. It was such a fun week and all the class made a real effort....especially Fran!! It was such a lovely experience for the children to have their class taken by a bumble bee and of course my little 2 year old daughter insisted on having her picture taken with her. Her photo is pride of place in our house now and it's the first thing Rosie shows our visitors.....We think the classes are fantastic....Fran is 'the bee's knees'!!”

If your child is a little shy...

"My daughter, Marianne, who is 2 and a half, is an extremely introverted child. Each time I would take her to a new activity, she would cling to me for the first hour and a half and then let go. This ritual would continue for about 5 or 6 sessions and then she would eventually wander to settle into the group. If I didn't continue to go, this clinging ritual would start all over again after a week or two of missing the group. I took her to a puppet show once, and she was totally frightened of all the puppets but then settled down and eventually touched a puppet at the end of the show - the very one that had frightened her the most! Jo Jingles is a really good program for just SUCH a child. She can sit on my lap and it doesn't matter at all, in fact, it's part of the program!..."

Baby Classes

"A group of six of us who met through NCT decided that we'd like to take our babies, who were 6 months at the time, to some sort of music group. The idea being, some fun & stimulation for the babies and a chance for us to catch up on a regular basis.
