Which age group should I join?

Jo Jingles offers classes for different age groups and these do differ from venue to venue. You can be assured that we will always ensure that the particular children in a group are stimulated and challenged with appropriate activities in class. Ages are not set in stone as children are all different and we will be able to advise you which group will be suitable for your own child's needs if you are unsure. Siblings will usually attend the class appropriate for the older child, with mum/their carer helping the younger child more.

How long is a class?
All our classes are 45 minutes long. We have a 15 minute break between one class and the next to give you time to chat to the friends you make in class before you leave Jo Jingles, so you do not feel rushed out of the room! You also have time to talk to your teacher about your child’s progress or if you simply fancy a chat!
|
Can I pay week by week?
We limit our classes to about 15 children so we do not offer “drop-in” classes. Your booking secures one of those 15 spaces for you for the term or half term. By keeping classes smaller we can have a gentle structure so that the children can get the most out of the class.
|
Is there an enrolment or yearly membership fee?
No – absolutely not!
|
The term has started – can I still join?
You can join at any point in the term subject to space being available.
|
What do I need to bring?
Just make sure your child has comfortable clothing. We supply mats to sit on. You may wish to bring a drink for your child but we ask that they are not given snacks to eat within the “circle” during class time for obvious hygiene reasons.
|
Can I change venue during the term?
If there is a space you can attend classes wherever you like within the franchise area I run (see our timetable of classes) and transfer from one venue to another. Likewise if you miss a class you can make up a class by attending another venue – just check with me as to where we can fit you in.

My child has a disability – will we be able to do Jo Jingles?
We welcome ALL children and will help you to adapt the class activities to suit your child. Sometimes we have some experience of your child’s differences, sometimes we don’t – we can learn together and appreciate your input – having fun is easy after all! |
