Hi! I’m Jane Kelly

Welcome to my Jo Jingles classes in Drogheda, Dundalk, Rush, Skerries & Swords

Hi there, my name is Jane Kelly and I run the Jo Jingles franchise for North East Leinster. I run classes in the Drogheda area (both north& south), Rush, Skerries and Swords.

As a mother of two young children I tried every class on offer to entertain and hopefully educate them! We quickly became bored with all other classes and then thanks to a friend (Tara, who is also now a Jo Jingles class teacher) found Jo Jingles!

As a mother of two young children I tried every class on offer to entertain and hopefully educate them! We quickly became bored with all other classes and then thanks to a friend (Tara, who is also now a Jo Jingles class teacher) found Jo Jingles!

I spent the next 3 years regularly attending classes with both of my boys. As they began to grow up I realised how much I was going to miss being a part of Jo Jingles so I jumped at the opportunity to become a class teacher when faith intervened. My passion only grew whilst I was teaching and I am now thrilled to be the owner of this local franchise since 2011.

It’s Jo Jingles Northeast 10th anniversary in 2017. I am proud & delighted along with my wonderful class teacher team, Tara & Linda in continuing to bring Jo jingles music & movement classes to the northeast. I have seen first-hand as a mother the benefits Jo Jingles brings to children and now have the wonderful job of bringing that experience to others.

He is extremely friendly and actively participates in all of our classes. At the start of each session he welcomes all children with a smile, a wave and a cuddle. Then he might sing or dance or pretend to be a train driver, a monkey or even a teapot.

Sometimes he hides and we have to look for him. Sometimes he falls asleep and he needs some help to wake up. Sometimes he is shy and we have to encourage him to join in with the fun. But he always makes time for plenty of hugs and kisses when it’s time for the children to say goodbye.

MEET OUR TEACHERS

  • Meet Linda Lanigan

Hello my name is Linda Lanigan and I live in North Co Dublin.
I'm a Londoner but have lived in Ireland for over 10 years. I started attending Jo Jingles when my 7 year old turned 1 and haven't looked back.

I continued classes with my next 2 children and still take my youngest who is 3. In 2014, Jane mentioned in class she was looking for a new teacher and I knew this was a fantastic opportunity to do something I would love. Watching the children grow and develop through Jo Jingles is what makes this job so special.

  • Meet Tara Shaw

Hi there, my name is Tara.  I am married with 3 beautiful children who mean the world to me and have been working for Jo Jingles since 2012.  Since day one I have loved my job and have tried to bring as much energy and enthusiasm to each day with all the children, parents, grandparents and child minders alike.  I try to give lots of encouragement, be patient and caring to everyone I meet along the way while having lots of fun.  I brought my own children to Jo Jingles when they were younger.  They loved every minute of it and it really helped with their social skills and developing all those motor skills that are so important.  But the icing on the cake for me was that I got to spend 45 minutes with my little one: laughing, singing, sharing and having so much fun and now love seeing so many other children and families sharing the same experience.

Anna started going to Jo Jingles when she was 11 weeks old and has absolutely loved it since then. Although she was too young to really participate, it was fascinating to watch her take it all in, she thoroughly enjoyed watching all the other kids and I thoroughly enjoyed the giant nap she'd need afterwards!!
Very quickly Anna was moving about and properly taking part, regardless of her form/tiredness levels she only has smiles for Jo. When Anna turned one a few weeks ago it was a no-brainer to ask Jane to help us celebrate, the house was crazy, filled with 20 kids ranging in age from 5 months to 8 years, but all without fail, got involved and had a ball, the adults were in awe of Jane and her ability to keep all the kids engaged!
Huge thanks to Jane and Linda for countless fun filled Fridays!

I just wanted to tell you that your Jo Jingles class has been helping us potty train our daughter Grace. She missed lots of classes due to her medical condition, but the ones she was able to attend have had a huge impact on her. As her special prize for going to her potty, my husband Al is showing her some Jo Jingles videos from YouTube. She is singing along, dancing and most importantly, going to her potty. She absolutely loves Jo and often wakes singing "Good morning Jo", she regularly dives on the floor to do the sleeping bunny song and regularly breaks in to "bye bye Jo". I just wanted to thank you for the great classes. She cannot wait for them to start again in September.

I have been attending local Jo Jingles classes since 2008 with both of my children. I find the classes fun filled and very entertaining. They are easily adaptable to each age group and the teachers are very pleasant, enthusiastic, energetic, dedicated and focused on each child. The classes encourage children to express themselves through music and develop their social and interactive skills. The choice of music, songs, games and activities is diverse and the programmes vary regularly. The children learn skills such as sharing and patience and with each class their confidence grows. A Jo Jingles class also gives an excellent opportunity for parents to spend quality time with their child and I would highly recommend it.

Dear Jinglers Everywhere,

Due to the ongoing Coronavirus situation and guidelines provided by the Government and Public Health England* ( & all other relevant Regional Public Health agencies) our customers and class teacher safety and well-being is absolutely paramount.

Sadly, in view of the most recent news and recommendations Jo Jingles classes are now TEMPORARILY CLOSED in ALL areas.

However, you can still enjoy Jo Jingles @ Home – many of our Jingle areas are now offering fun online music sessions so contact your local Jo Jingles representative for further details either via Facebook or https://www.jojingles.com/find-class

If there’s not one available in your area at this time do take a look online to see where you can join another online session in our Network https://www.jojingles.com/find-class.

During this very difficult time we want to support families at home and provide some musical fun and entertainment for children.

If you would like to also stock up on musical goodies to accompany the sessions visit Jo’s Shop at https://www.jojingles.com/shop – it’s business as usual, at this time, for all online orders received.

This situation is evolving rapidly, and we will keep you updated if things change but in the meantime we are continuing to follow all necessary health and safety guidelines.

We’ll also shortly be announcing some NEW and exciting Jingle products too!

We will really miss all of our lovely ‘jinglers’ but hope to see you & all your friends again very soon,

A huge THANK YOU for your ongoing support.

Keep safe and please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any queries.

Best wishes

Jo Jingles xx
