Following receipt of your order Jo Jingles Limited will send you a confirmation email. Please check the order confirmation email carefully and if you need to make any changes to the order please contact our Warehouse on (0044) (0) 1494 778989 or by email to email@example.com .
Please note that orders can only be amended prior to dispatch. Should you wish to amend your order after it has been dispatched you will need to refer to our ‘Returns’ policy (see below).
Orders are dispatched Tuesday to Thursday. If for any reason Jo Jingles Limited is unable to process your order we will contact you.
Jo Jingles Limited reserves the right to reject any order that it feels could be used in direct competition to our own services.
Orders are sent either by Royal Mail or by Courier (this is dependent on the size, cost and weight of the product). Jo Jingles Limited cannot be held responsible for third party transit delays e.g. Royal Mail strike action, severe weather, Bank Holidays and busy periods such as Christmas. These periods must be taken into account when you place your order.
All orders should be received within 5 – 10 working days.
If your order is urgent, please contact us on (0044) (0) 1494 778989 and we will advise you if we are able to dispatch your order the same day or within your requirements. We will also confirm if any additional postage charges apply.
In the event that you are not at the delivery address at the time of delivery, Royal Mail will now deliver to a neighbour and leave you a card to advise this (unless you have opted out from this by leaving a sticker on the door or going online). If a Courier is used they will normally leave a card for you to collect or make alternative arrangements for delivery. Any charges incurred for re-delivery or orders will be at the customers’ expense. Jo Jingles Limited will not be liable for any additional delivery charges for failed deliveries.
Delivery costs shall be as stipulated at the time, unless these are otherwise itemised. Prices are liable to change at any time, but any changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
ITEM NOT ARRIVED
If you do not receive your item you must contact us within 21 days of placing your order.

Jo Jingles Limited promise to pro-actively keep you informed of the progress of your lost item(s). Jo Jingles Limited cannot send out a replacement item(s) or issue a refund until we have received confirmation from the transit company that the item(s) cannot be found, or in the case of faulty items until the item has been returned first.
Please Note: Royal Mail do not class an item as missing until at least 15 working days have passed.
Jo Jingles Limited accepts payment via PayPal with MasterCard, Visa and Debit Cards but not Amex. This ensures that Jo Jingles Limited does not keep or store any customer card details. You do not need a PayPal account to use this service.

Unfortunately we are currently unable to accept orders via the telephone but we hope to have this service available shortly.
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. However, should you wish to return an item please contact us on (0044) (0) 1494 778989 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org , within 14 days of receipt. Items returned MUST remain complete (with the relevant tags still attached), in their original condition, unused and still in their original packaging.
Please note that you will be liable for the relevant postage/courier charges for items being returned. When returning goods, we recommend you use a 'signed-for' service, as proof of posting cannot be regarded as proof of receipt.
If an item is returned that Jo Jingles Limited has not been informed about we cannot guarantee that your refund will be managed efficiently and if all the relevant information is supplied if a refund can be processed at all.
Should you receive a faulty item please contact us immediately on (0044) (0) 1494 778989 or email us at email@example.com , quoting your order number and contact details. We will request for the item to be returned and once received will send a replacement and delivery costs.
Should you wish to cancel your order please contact us on (0044) (0) 1494 778989 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order has not been dispatched you will not be charged for your cancellation. If your order has been dispatched you will be liable for postage/courier costs in delivering and returning your items.
Please note that you will be liable for the relevant postage/courier charges for items being returned. We would advise you to obtain ‘proof of postage’ for your own records as Jo Jingles Limited is not responsible for items that are lost whilst being returned to us.
On receipt of a returned item Jo Jingles Limited will issue your refund within 2-3 days, excluding the original delivery charge, unless the item is faulty, at which we will refund the total. A cheque will be sent for the refund.
To ensure your refund is processed promptly please contact us prior to returning your goods so that we are aware of and expect your goods to be returned.
Every care has been taken to ensure that all the product descriptions and specifications are correct. The colour reproduction is a good representation, however due to variances in monitor resolutions etc, a slight variance from the actual products can occur.
